Privacy

Personal information held by the practice.

This notice explains how Ponder Quarry Financial Planning handles personal information when you enquire about, or take part in, household budgeting and cash-flow planning. It was last revised in September 2026. The cookie notice is a separate page.

Data controller

The controller is Ponder Quarry Financial Planning, Tambon Bang Nak, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. You can write to info@ponderquarry.click or call 073511842. Kanchana Wongsawat is the person responsible for planning files at the practice.

What is collected

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the sitting you are considering, where you would like to meet, the language of the sitting, an optional preferred date, and a message about the household’s question. If you later book a sitting, the practice also keeps the notes required to write the plan: who earns, which dates money arrives, and the bills and debts you choose to put on the table. The practice does not ask for identity-card numbers through the website.

Why it is used

Enquiry details are used to reply, to confirm a fee, and to hold a date. Planning notes are used to prepare your household budget or cash-flow sheet and to compare a later month with that sheet if you return. The practice relies on steps toward an engagement you requested, and on the engagement itself once it is confirmed. Where a note is sensitive because it describes debt, it is kept only because you brought it into the sitting for that purpose.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a sitting are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Planning files are kept for the engagement and for five years after the last sitting, so a returning household can be compared with the earlier sheet, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute. Printed copies you take home are yours.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to access the information the practice holds about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to object to a use, and to receive a copy in a usable form where that right applies. You may withdraw consent where the practice is relying on consent. A request goes to info@ponderquarry.click. The practice will respond within the period Thai law requires. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

Planning files are kept at the Bang Nak practice. If you email the practice, your own email provider may process that message on servers outside Thailand. The website’s typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which may process a connection from your browser outside Thailand. The practice does not sell personal information and does not move planning files abroad as a routine step.

Sharing

The practice does not pass your planning notes to lenders, relatives, or other firms. A file leaves the room only if you ask for it to be sent to you, or if Thai law requires disclosure.
