Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. A planning engagement begins only when the practice confirms the sitting, the fee, and the date in writing. Browsing the fee schedule or sending an enquiry does not, by itself, create that engagement.

The practice

The official registered business name is Ponder Quarry Financial Planning, established in 2015. The practice room is at Tambon Bang Nak, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. Correspondence goes to info@ponderquarry.click or 073511842.

What the pages offer

The site describes household budgeting and cash-flow planning sittings, their scope, and guide fees in Thai baht. Fees on the site are informational. The figure that binds the household is the one confirmed in writing. The site does not take payment, and it does not hold a date until the practice says so.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and practice name on this site belong to Ponder Quarry Financial Planning. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the written method, the page text, or the practice mark for your own commercial use without written permission. A cash-flow sheet prepared for your household is yours to use at home. The blank method and the file copy remain with the practice.

Your enquiry

Information you send through the contact form, by email, or by telephone should be accurate enough for a reply. Do not send account numbers, passwords, or copies of identity documents through the form. The practice will ask for only what a sitting needs, and it will ask in the room or by a channel you both accept.

Liability

A household cash-flow plan records dates and amounts the household provides and the choices the household agrees. It is a planning paper for those dates. Future balances, credit decisions, and tax positions remain with the household and with the offices that handle them. To the extent Thai law allows, liability is excluded for losses that follow from spending choices made after a sitting, from figures the household left unsaid, or from interruptions to this website. These terms leave in place any liability Thai law keeps, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Engagements

Scope, preparation, and what sits outside a sitting are described on each consultation page. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds are described on the refund page. If those pages and a written confirmation ever differ, the written confirmation governs that household.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from a planning engagement, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law.

Changes

The practice may revise these terms by publishing a new version on this page. A sitting already confirmed in writing keeps the terms that were in force on the day of that confirmation.
