01 · Who comes in
Households whose money and whose bills refuse the same week.
The room is used by people who already share a kitchen in Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat. Market traders whose takings land late. Fishing households whose payout follows the landing. Civil-service couples with a salary on one date and a loan instalment three days earlier. The work is household budgeting: one rent, one set of meals, and the cash that has to cover both.
Bring the notes you already keep. A passbook, a school exercise book, or a clear memory of the last month is enough to start. The first sitting recounts the month you just lived.
Company treasuries and investment portfolios are outside this practice. The sheet on the table is for the home.
02 · What you leave with
A cash-flow sheet the household can keep.
The main engagement is the Household Cash-Flow Plan: four sittings over three to five weeks. At the end there is a written page for the coming weeks. It names the day money is expected, the day rent and the market restock must be covered, and the amount that sits in a buffer envelope for the short week.
The language on the sheet is the language you speak at the table, Thai or English. The practice keeps a copy in the Bang Nak file. You keep the page you will actually open on payday.
